Need support for a product or want to collaborate? We'd love to hear from you.

Tell us what you're making

This is the part we most want to hear about. Send us a track, a patch you built, a screenshot of something unexpected you got one of our tools to do — we read all of it, and we like sharing what people send. If you have found a use we never designed for, that is the best kind of message to get.

The free tools count just as much. If the wavetable generator, Guitarmonizer, or Keymonizer got you somewhere you liked, tell us where it went — and tell us what you wanted them to do next.

Feature ideas belong here too. Fine Increments exists because of a question we kept asking: why doesn't this exist? If you are reaching for something none of our tools do yet, or stacking three plugins to get an effect that should take one, describe the tool you wish you had. That is where the next thing we build usually comes from.

Collaborations and partnerships

We are open to working with artists, sound designers, educators, and developers — preset packs and signature banks, classroom and course use, or integrations with other tools. If you run a label, a studio, a channel, or a class and you see a fit, tell us what you have in mind and we will give it a proper look.

Press and reviews are welcome as well. Mention the outlet you write for and we will send a copy along with whatever assets you need.

Resellers and affiliates

If you sell plugins through a store or marketplace, we would like to talk. Reseller enquiries go through this form — tell us what you carry and who you sell to.

We also run an affiliate program for anyone who points an audience toward tools they genuinely use: producers, educators, reviewers, and channel owners. Approved affiliate links earn you a share of each sale and carry a discount for the person who follows them, so the recommendation is worth something on both ends. Ask here and we will send you the details.

Already using our tools?

Each product page carries its own documentation and changelog, covering installation, what every control does, and what changed in the latest release. That is usually the fastest place to look, and it is worth checking the changelog before you write — the thing you are wondering about may already be in a release. The blog goes further into technique and the thinking behind how these tools work.

For anything else — activation, licensing, or a question about your account — this form reaches us, or you can write to support@fineincrements.com. If your question is a technical one, mentioning your operating system, DAW, and plugin format saves us a round trip.
